Children's Books Inspired by Rome
Children's books are wonderful for helping your child prepare for a trip. They can be enjoyed while on vacation and help them to process the sites they saw after returning home. By introducing them to Italy through Italian language and Italian inspired stories you can bring to life and give meaning to the places they see while abroad. Enriching their experience and building lifelong memories.

Rome is famous for being the capital of the ancient Roman empire. Roman architecture flourished during this time when great structures such as the Colosseum and Pantheon were built. Delicious pasta dishes an be found throughout Italy but especially in Rome including the following traditional dishes: cacio e pepe, spaghetti alla Carbonara, bucatini all'Amatriciana and pasta alla Gricia. Children may enjoy the challenge of trying each dish while in Rome.
